Write a paragraph or two on unlined paper and in ink. Be sure to include at least two capital "I's". Write something of interest to you, but do not copy from a book. Your signature is also needed.

If you write more than one way, or you print, include a copy of that as well. Indicate how often you write this way. Identify your handedness, left or right, as well as your age. Handwriting analysis does not reveal those attributes. Please provide this information on the sample.

Fax copies are acceptable but are not an accurate facsimile of the writing and may be distorted.
